Robert Ladd brings deep cross-functional expertise in marketing, product strategy, and IT leadership. As EVP & CMO at Constellation SaaS, he leads product and market strategy, driving the launch of the company’s full-stack B/OSS platform at ConstellationBOSS.com.
Previously, Robert spent over a decade at Charter Communications in both IT and marketing leadership roles. As Group VP of IT Strategy, he led key functions including project intake, PMO, testing, release management, and M&A integration for major acquisitions.
Earlier, in marketing leadership, he grew Charter’s national sales channels from 24% to 34%, drove a 104% YoY increase in SEM sales, and optimized a $110M budget across e-commerce, direct mail, and telemarketing.
Robert also held leadership roles at Dish Network and Sprint PCS, and is known for aligning business strategy with go-to-market execution and analytics.

Jay Carlson has led major technology and infrastructure initiatives across telecom and government. As CIO at Charter Communications, he unified IT systems post-merger with Time Warner Cable and BrightHouse, and secured 15+ patents in cybersecurity.
He deployed early SONET and HFC networks at Centel and Jones Intercable, launched Illinois’ first high-speed data service at 21st Century Telecom, and expanded fiber systems at Ameritech. At Universal Access, he developed global interconnect facilities for major carriers.
As Illinois’ first statewide CTO, he consolidated IT across 48 agencies, saving $2.2B annually and launching the Illinois Century Network to connect schools, cities, and research hubs.
Throughout his career spanning over 2 decades, Kelly has led significant initiatives that have resulted in substantial reductions in operating and inventory costs. His strategic negotiations with equipment vendors have also yielded considerable capital expenditure savings. Kelly’s expertise extends beyond financial management to encompass all facets of supply chain management, including purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and overall vendor relations.
